It is Perfect for the New Student, who never practiced yoga before & Experienced Yogis alike.
Bikram Yoga is a class designed to work your entire body, "inside out, bones to the skin and fingertips to your toes".
Bikram Yoga will help you re-shape your body, increase flexibility, lose weight, become stronger and heal existing injuries. We practice in a heated room (105°F) with raised humidity (40%) to help you stretch safer and more effectively and to improve your cardiovascular and respiratory systems. After a few classes (give yourself at least five) you will discover that you are breathing better, feeling better, thinking better and, of course, looking better!
Each class is open to beginning and experience students alike. All classes are the same so choose any one that fits your schedule, get your mat (or don’t, we have rentals) and come join us in the hot room.
